1. General Submission Guidelines
By submitting an application, the applicant will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions. All applications must be submitted to ROADS.sg before the submission deadline. Applications received after the submission deadline will not be accepted. ROADS.sg will not be responsible or liable for any lost, late, mislaid, or incomplete applications as all such applications will be deemed invalid. ROADS.sg reserves the right to reject any application without explanation or notice.

2. Disqualification
An application may be disqualified under any of the following circumstances:

If a road safety incident with any of the following consequences occurs before the announcement of results in November 2024:

• Fatality
• Major injury
• Dangerous occurrence
• Violation of traffic laws
• Submission of inaccurate, false, or misleading information or documents.
• Negative media coverage related to the applicant’s or nominating company’s road safety performance.
• Withdrawal or amendment of any incident report or ongoing injury claim.

3. Data Sharing and Privacy
By submitting an application, the applicants give consent for their details to be shared with third parties involved in the judging and administration of the awards, including judges, industry representatives, and event organisers. All awards applicants will be deemed to have consented to the transfer and sharing of their personal and company information for the purpose of administering and judging the Awards.

4. Notification and Announcement of Results
All applicants will be notified of their results via email by the end of November 2024. ROADS.sg’s decisions shall be final. Award recipients will be officially announced on our platforms and during the Awards ceremony taking place in December 2024.

5. Media and Publicity
ROADS.sg will conduct a media and publicity campaign featuring the Awards, categories, and recipients. All recipients agree to offer ROADS.sg the right to use their content, images, and videos for promotional purposes. Consent is also given for featuring their safety initiatives in media interviews, articles, or speeches. Selected recipients may be invited to speak at related events organised by ROADS.sg and/or its partners. All recipients grant ROADS.sg the use of their name, trademark, and logo for event marketing.

6. Rights and Alterations
ROADS.sg reserves the right to alter or reschedule the Awards, the Awards ceremony, and/or to change the judging panel and/or these terms at its own discretion, at any time and without notice.
